Operational procedures. Each runbook should be:
- short and copy-paste-able
- scoped to one specific failure or task
- linked from the affected service page
A runbook page has these sections:
- When to use — the symptom or task that triggers this procedure
- Prerequisites — what you need before starting
- Steps — numbered, copy-pasteable commands
- Verify — how to confirm success
- Rollback — how to undo if something went wrong
- Related — service page(s) this runbook applies to
